Question: New Account Registration

Answer: When you create an account, you will be able to save and update your prescription profile to make requesting refills that much easier.

  • Click on New Account on the login screen.
  • Complete every field before clicking the Submit button.
  • You get to determine your User ID and Password.
  • Select a Security Question and enter a Security Answer that will be used in the event you forget your password.
Question: Managing Your Prescription Profile

Answer: After logging in to your Existing Account, click on Patients & Prescriptions to go to your prescription profile.

You must update your prescription profile with the MOST RECENT prescription numbers as they may have changed after your last healthcare visit.  The refill website will NOT automatically update your prescription profile for you.

You can ADD new prescription numbers and DELETE old ones that are no longer needed or active.

To ADD a prescription to your profile, click on Add Prescription and enter your new prescription number (including the number in front of the dash – this is your pharmacy number and indicates which pharmacy processed your prescription).  Click Add to List, and the refill website will confirm the prescription number with the pharmacy system and add it to your profile.

To DELETE a prescription from your profile, simply click on Delete and confirm your action.

Question: Forgot Password

Answer:Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

Complete every field and click Submit.

If you completed the fields correctly, you will see a message stating your password was updated successfully.  You can now login with the newly created password.

If you are not able to complete this process and change your password, you can email the refill website support team at pharmacywebrefill@cherokee.org to request that they reset your password.  Until the support team is able to process your request, you may still request your refills online utilizing the Guest Access option or on the telephone refill line at 1-866-939-0008.

Question: Checking Refill Request Status

Answer: Click on Check Refill Status.

  • This option is available in both refill request options: Existing Account or Guest Access.

Either check the box next to the prescriptions to review or enter the prescription number (depending on how you requested the refill) and click on Lookup.

The Refill Status page will display if the requests have been processed yet.

Question: Requesting Refills With An Existing Account

Answer: An Existing Account allows you to request refills from a prescription profile.

  • Login with your User ID and Password that you created during the New Account registration process.
  • Click on Refill Prescriptions.
  • Determine if you want to have your refills MAILED to you or PICKUP your refills at the pharmacy.  This is set in the drop down under the question “How would you like to receive your prescriptions?”
  • On the Order Entry page, check the box next to the prescriptions you set up in your profile that need to be refilled and click on Lookup.
  • The Order Details page will let you know if your request can be filled (green check mark), cannot be filled (red x), or there is an issue that needs to be looked at (medical symbol with small green check mark).
    • If you need to return to the Order Entry page, there is a Click here link above the message box that will take you back to your prescription profile.
    • If there are any issues, first ensure that you have your prescription profile updated with the MOST RECENT prescription numbers, as they may have changed after your last healthcare visit.
    • You must maintain and update your profile as it will not be automatically updated by the online system.
  • After you have reviewed the Order Details, click on Submit.
  • The Order Confirmation page will let you know your request was sent and how many prescriptions are being processed.
    • If you opted for MAIL: it will state your refills will be mailed to the address on file.
    • If you opted for PICKUP: it will display when they will be ready for PICKUP.

 

Question: Requesting Refills With A Guest Account

Answer: Guest Access allows you to request refills by entering the prescription numbers.

  • Click Continue As Guest and then Refill Prescriptions.
  • On the Order Entry page, select your pharmacy and enter the last 4 digits of the phone number on file for you.
  • Enter the prescription numbers you are needing to get refilled and click on Lookup.
    • Include the digit in front of the dash when entering the prescription number.
  • The Order Details page will let you know if your request can be filled (green check mark), cannot be filled (red x), or there is an issue that needs to be looked at (medical symbol with small green check mark).
    • If you need to return to the Order Entry page, there is a Click here link above the message box that will take you back.
    • If there are any issues, first ensure that you are entering the MOST RECENT prescription numbers, as they may have changed after your last healthcare visit.
  • After you have reviewed the Order Details, click on Submit.
