When you create an account, you will be able to save and update your prescription profile to make requesting refills that much easier.
Select a Security Question and enter a Security Answer that will be used in the event you forget your password.
After logging in to your Existing Account, click on Patients & Prescriptions to go to your prescription profile.
You must update your prescription profile with the MOST RECENT prescription numbers as they may have changed after your last healthcare visit. The refill website will NOT automatically update your prescription profile for you.
You can ADD new prescription numbers and DELETE old ones that are no longer needed or active.
To ADD a prescription to your profile, click on Add Prescription and enter your new prescription number (including the number in front of the dash – this is your pharmacy number and indicates which pharmacy processed your prescription). Click Add to List, and the refill website will confirm the prescription number with the pharmacy system and add it to your profile.
To DELETE a prescription from your profile, simply click on Delete and confirm your action.
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Complete every field and click Submit.
If you completed the fields correctly, you will see a message stating your password was updated successfully. You can now login with the newly created password.
If you are not able to complete this process and change your password, you can email the refill website support team at pharmacywebrefill@cherokee.org to request that they reset your password. Until the support team is able to process your request, you may still request your refills online utilizing the Guest Access option or on the telephone refill line at 866-939-0008.
Click on Check Refill Status.
Either check the box next to the prescriptions to review or enter the prescription number (depending on how you requested the refill) and click on Lookup.
The Refill Status page will display if the requests have been processed yet.
An Existing Account allows you to request refills from a prescription profile.
Guest Access allows you to request refills by entering the prescription numbers.
If you opted for PICKUP: it will display when they will be ready for PICKUP.
