Applications will be reviewed from September through December 31 of each application cycle. Interviews will be conducted from October until January of each application cycle. Applications must be submitted via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS); our program’s ACGME ID # is 1203900670. Applicants must also be registered with the National Resident Match Program (NRMP); the program’s NRMP code is 2171120C3. The following materials will need to be included in the application:

  •     ●  ERAS application
  •     ●  CV
  •     ●  Medical School Transcript
  •     ●  COMLEX/USMLE transcript(s): proof of successful completion of part 2 board examination must be submitted no later than January 31 of the application cycle
  •     ●  Letters of Recommendation - 3 required, 1 must be from a D.O.
  •     ●  Personal Statement

Selection of candidates will be determined by the Program Director, with input from other program members.

 Interview Day

The interviewing team will consist of the Program Director, members of the program faculty, and current residents. Interviews will be conducted in-person; however, circumstances may develop that would necessitate interviews to be conducted virtually, and virtual interviews can be arranged upon request from the applicant. Following the conclusion of each applicant’s interview, a tour of the campus facilities will be given by current residents.
