The Osteopathic Medical Education Consortium of Oklahoma (OMECO) serves as the sponsoring institution for the Cherokee Nation Family Medicine Residency Program. In accordance with its mission, OMECO is dedicated to educating and training osteopathic residents with an emphasis on providing health care for rural and underserved areas of Oklahoma and is committed to providing the highest quality of patient care and graduate medical education.
