Patient Portal

Cherokee Nation is dedicated to helping improve your overall healthcare experience by providing convenient, streamlined resources to help you better manage your health.

The patient portal is an online, completely secure platform where patients can message physicians, view appointments and lab results, request prescription refills, and see visit history and discharge information. Only the patient or an authorized proxy can access the portal.

24-hour technical support is available by calling 1-877-621-8014 (this service is for Patient Portal account issues only).

Patients or authorized proxies can view their patient portal account at the Online Patient Portal.

New users can enroll by following the Patient Portal Registration Instructions.


Pharmacy Refill

Health Services offers a convenient online medication refill for patients as well.

To refill medications please visit the Online Pharmacy Refill Requests.

There is also a call-in service by dialing 539-234-1100.

For mail-in pharmacy refills please complete the mail-in order application located in the download section below.
